CenterSquare today announced an equity investment in The Point, a two-building, 195,000 square foot industrial development project located at 8039 S. Chambers, Englewood, CO in the Centennial submarket of Southeast Denver (the “Property”). The firm is partnering with Quannah Partners, an experienced Colorado-based real estate private equity firm to developthe Property which is expected to be delivered in early 2023.
