This acquisition remains consistent with our strategy of acquiring unanchored, high-quality, Essential Service Retail Centers located in strong demographic submarkets across the country. The Pueblo at Summerlin is CenterSquare’s 4th acquisition in the Las Vegas MSA and 38th nationally.
