CenterSquare is pleased to share our recent acquisition of Wynne Farms, a 50-unit build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community located in Brownsburg, IN, approximately 11 miles west of downtown Indianapolis. The Property is comprised of 50 two-story townhome units, each averaging more than 1,750 sf of living space. Wynne Farms is situated in an attractive suburban neighborhood boasting high median incomes and is conveniently located near desirable public schools and bustling employment nodes.
Akin to our first local acquisition of Casey Corner, unit interiors include three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom floor plans and luxury amenities including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring and Ring doorbell and security systems. Homes also feature attached two-car garages and two driveway spaces. Wynne Farms is currently under construction in collaboration with one of the nation’s leading homebuilders with deliveries scheduled to occur from September 2023 through February 2024.
