The Property sits in the heart of Stuart’s primary retail node along US-1, with prominent frontage to over 50,000 vehicles per day. The deal was purchased significantly below replacement cost in a region of the country that presents substantial barriers to entry and excellent retail fundamentals.
Baron Shoppes features modern, high-quality 2018 construction and is home to resilient, service-oriented tenants such as Firehouse Subs, Carmela Coffee, and Jupiter Medical.
This investment aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets. This acquisition marks CenterSquare’s 8th investment in Florida and 62nd nationally, further expanding our footprint in high-growth, service-driven retail assets.
