The Property is 100% leased to a diverse mix of service-oriented tenants, including Panda Express, LaMar’s Donuts, and Redstone Bank. The Property features extensive outdoor patio seating and an attractive brick façade.
This investment aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets. This acquisition marks CenterSquare’s second ESR investment in the Denver MSA and 59th nationally.
