Job Overview

We are looking to hire a highly motivated individual, excited by the unique challenge of supporting all areas of the Corporate Finance team. This position will be an integral part of the team and will provide daily accounting and reporting support for the CenterSquare Management Company. The position will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and will be based in CenterSquare’s Conshohocken, PA office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements
  • Participate in monthly financial calls and Board meetings with private equity partner
  • Prepare and distribute reporting package for third party lender, including supporting documentation
  • Respond to inquires of third-party stakeholders with respect to financial reporting questions and deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to debt covenants and maintain supporting schedules
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet account supporting schedules and supporting documentation
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Assist with banking transactions including wire transfers and deposits
  • Maintain forecasting models and document monthly variances to budget
  • Create and post journal entries to the general ledger
  • Provide accounting support for management projects including potential mergers and acquisitions
  • Stay current on accounting policy changes, assist with the development and implementation of new GAAP compliant accounting procedures
  • Key liaison with external independent auditors and assist with all audit requirements and support
  • Prepare Corporate Financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Provide monthly accounting for subsidiary companies including RCG Longview

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance or CPA
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with above average Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with other departments within the Company
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
