The acquisition in Fort Collins, Colorado, pushed CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) portfolio past $1 billion earlier this year. This milestone represents the scalability, institutional acceptance, and long-term viability of the ESR strategy. CenterSquare is proud that it’s been recognized for this impact.
