Andrew Lundahl is a Vice President on the Private Real Estate Team and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Andrew oversees acquisition and asset management efforts across our Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy and leads the sourcing, closing, and leasing of transactions on the West Coast.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Andrew was the Managing Director of Investment Sales at Western Retail Advisors, a retail-specific brokerage with offices in Arizona and California. He also held brokerage roles at Lee & Associates and later Western Retail Advisors. He began his career as an Analyst at Larsen Baker, the largest private owner of retail real estate in Tucson, Arizona. As a broker, Andrew has closed more than $600mm in retail sales transactions across six states.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute.
