Xiaoxiao Fu is a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team and is based in the firm’s London office. She is responsible for covering United Kingdom and European real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Xiaoxiao was a Chartered Accountant and a Financial Modeling Advisor at KPMG in London.
Xiaoxiao holds an M.Phil in Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge and a B.Eng in Telecommunications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (with First Class Honours). She is a CFA® Charterholder, CFA Institute and is a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment Committee.
