Tracy Steele serves as Deputy General Counsel of CenterSquare where she oversees, in conjunction with outside counsel, the legal aspects of all acquisition, joint venture, disposition, development, leasing, management, financing and other real estate activities of CenterSquare and its affiliates. She also acts as outside counsel (through Ferro Steele LLC) on real estate and transactional matters for CenterSquare and its affiliated entities. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Tracy was a partner in the Philadelphia office of the international law firm Morgan Lewis and served as the office hiring partner for 6 years. Tracy graduated from Sweet Briar College, cum laude with a B. A. degree in both Mathematics and Economics. She received her J.D. degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and was awarded the American Bar Association Student Bar Association of the Year Award.
