Steve Carroll is Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Markets at CenterSquare. Steve is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and business development for CenterSquare’s public and private strategies. He is also a member of CenterSquare’s New Product Development Committee.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Steve had industry experience in domestic and offshore business development as well as global and regional real asset portfolio management positions at CBRE Clarion Securities and LaSalle Investment Management Securities.
Steve received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of California, and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Steve was also a former Chairman of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Americas Property Index Committee.
