Robert Wasenius is a Senior Vice President in the Private Real Estate Group. Since joining CenterSquare in 2014, he is responsible for portfolio management for the value-added fund series, sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investments in the Eastern United States, asset management, and dispositions. Robert is also responsible for establishing valuation policy and is a member of the Private Equity and Strategic Capital Valuation Committees.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Robert was a Manager at KPMG LLP in the Economic and Valuation Services Practice, focusing in real estate valuation and consulting. Prior to KPMG, he was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps, LLC in the Real Estate Valuation & Consulting Practice. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He is an active member of NAIOP and is a MAI Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
