Joseph Law serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the firm’s corporate and investment accounting and reporting processes. Joe has been integral in the development and implementation of CenterSquare’s accounting and information systems and in the administration of accounting policies and procedures to conform to industry standards and market value reporting. From 2008 – 2020, he also served as Chief Compliance Officer, developing and implementing CenterSquare’s Compliance program.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Joe spent 11 years with the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP in its Philadelphia office. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Joe was a member of the E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, where his client base consisted of several high profile private real estate companies in the Philadelphia region.
Joe holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the firm’s Management and Business Risk and Compliance Committees.
