Patrick Wilson is a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team, responsible for portfolio construction, regional and sector allocation, security selection, and risk management across international listed real estate markets. He also plays an integral role in business development, capital raising initiatives, client management, and assists in the underwriting and evaluation of investment opportunities in CenterSquare’s Strategic Capital business.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Patrick was an Acquisitions Analyst and Investment Analyst with Copper Station Holdings and an Associate with the Royal Bank of Canada.
Patrick holds a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Spanish from the College of Charleston, and an M.S. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He is also a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment Committee.
