Nick Russo is a Senior Analyst for CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. He oversees acquisition and asset management efforts across our ESR portfolio along the West Coast of the United States where he leads the sourcing, closing, management and leasing of transactions. Prior to joining CenterSquare, he was a Private Equity Real Estate Associate at Croatan Investments, underwriting and navigating the due diligence process. Nick holds a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Economics from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
