Nevin Torres is a Senior Vice President on the Capital Markets team responsible for business development initiatives across CenterSquare’s public and private real estate strategies. Before joining CenterSquare, Nevin served as the Head of Investor Relations at 1315 Capital, and prior to that, as an Executive Director of Business Development at CIFC Asset Management, where she was responsible for institutional capital formation, consultant engagement and investor relations. She previously held relationship management and marketing roles at The Bank of New York Mellon and Creative Financial Group. Nevin earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Clemson University. She sits on the Board of Directors for Daemion Counseling Center.
