Michael Brophy serves as Chief Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance function.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Michael was a Senior Compliance Officer at TIFF Advisory Services, Inc. where he was responsible for the implementation of the compliance program, including ongoing monitoring of compliance requirements, identification of risks associated with business operations, and enhancing compliance policies, standards, and programs covering regulated activities. Previously, he served for five years as the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer for City of London Investment Management.
Michael holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Scranton. He is also a member of the firm’s Management, Business Risk and Compliance, and Sustainability Committees.
