Megan Varano is a Vice President on the Private Real Estate Team focused on the Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. She is responsible for driving acquisition and asset management efforts across our ESR portfolio in the southeastern United States, where she leads the sourcing, closing, and leasing of these transactions.
Megan holds an M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from Villanova University. Megan is also a current member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia, the CREW Network’s Emerging Leaders Cohort, Women In Investing Network (WIN) and the firm’s Sustainability Committee.
