Megan Quinn is a Vice President for CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. She drives acquisition and asset management efforts across our ESR portfolio in the Southeast United States where she leads the sourcing, closing, management and leasing of these transactions.
Megan holds a B.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from Villanova University and earned her M.S. in Finance from The Villanova School of Business. During her tenure at Villanova Megan was the Captain of the Villanova Women’s Basketball team.
