Matthew Goulding is a Portfolio and Regional Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team based in the firm’s London office. He is responsible for covering United Kingdom and European real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Matthew was a European Equity Analyst with Nikko Asset Management Europe Ltd., and a Pan-European Equity Analyst with M&G Investment Management.
Matthew holds a BSc in Basic Medical Sciences with Pharmacology from King’s College, London (with First Class Honors). He is a CFA® Charterholder, CFA Institute and a member of CFA Society United Kingdom. He is also a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment and Management Committees.
