Ms. Stepp currently serves on the board of UBS Trumbull Property Fund. Previously, she was the Head of Corporate Acquisitions and Investment Products at Exeter Property Group (now EQT Exeter) after a long career across Pennsylvania’s largest pension funds. She was a senior portfolio manager for the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System where she was responsible for establishing strategy, planning, investing and management of the global real estate and active global private debt portfolios. Ms. Stepp also held various investment management positions within the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System, where she oversaw and managed multiple investment portfolios in the real estate, private equity, private debt, and venture asset classes, while establishing and monitoring policy compliance and risk controls.
