Kimberly Patrick is Vice President of Creative on the Marketing and Communications Team, responsible for leading branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, digital content strategy, and marketing operations to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence across the firm’s real assets platform.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Kimberly served as a Client Marketing Representative with CenterSquare on the Capital Markets Team, where she developed investor communications and supported business development initiatives.
Kimberly holds an A.A. in Digital Design from Montgomery County Community College. Kimberly is a member of Women in Real Estate (WIRE) and the Women in Investing Network (WIN).
