As General Counsel of CenterSquare, Kevin Robinson is a member of the senior leadership team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for all legal, regulatory and compliance aspects of the firm. Kevin is responsible for managing all outside counsel engaged by the firm, as well as directly providing corporate, transactional and other legal services to the firm and its investment vehicles.
Prior to CenterSquare, Kevin was a Partner of GreenOak Real Estate, LP from 2010-2019 where he served as the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, he was based in London and served as General Counsel-Europe for Polygon Global Partners. Prior to that, he was a member of the corporate department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, both in New York and London.
Kevin holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
