Joseph Moretti is a SeniorAssociate on the Private Real Estate Team and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is responsible for deal origination, analysis and underwriting as well as asset management.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Joseph was an Associate at Lotus Capital Partners, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm. He began his career in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young, focusing on real estate.
Joseph holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a member of the firm’s Sustainability Committee.
