Joachim Kehr is a Portfolio and Regional Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team based in the firm’s Singapore office. He is responsible for covering Asia-Pacific real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Joachim was an Analyst for listed real estate with BNP Paribas Asset Management in Amsterdam and Singapore. Joachim has a wealth of Pan-Asian portfolio management experience, having previously held primary coverage of real estate in China, Japan and Australia.
Joachim holds an M.Sc. in International Economics and Finance from Tilburg University, The Netherlands and is a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment and Management Committees.
