Jeffrey Reder is a Managing Director on the Private Real Estate Team and serves as Portfolio Manager for the Value-Added Fund Strategy and a separate account relationship overseeing a team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, financing and executing real estate transactions across various property types nationwide.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Jeffrey served as Vice President for a private real estate investment firm where he managed acquisitions, financing, asset management, and property dispositions. Early in his career Jeff was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in New York, ultimately becoming Vice President of Corporate Finance before returning to Southern California.
Jeff holds a B.A. in both Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University graduating magna cum laude. He is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks and National Multi-Housing Council. He is also a member of the firm’s Private Real Estate Investment and Management Committees.
