Jason Nikora is an Associate on the Private Real Estate Team and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing investment opportunities across the western United States.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Jason was an Associate at Inspire Communities, responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and developing manufactured housing communities nationwide. He previously held investment roles at American Realty Advisors and Interstate Equities Corporation.
Jason holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
