Jason Nikora is an Associate on the Private Equity Real Estate team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing investment opportunities across the Western United States. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Jason was an Associate at Inspire Communities, responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and developing manufactured housing communities nationwide. He previously held investment roles at American Realty Advisors and Interstate Equities Corporation. Jason earned a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southern California and is an active member in the Urban Land Institute.
