Frank Dalicandro is a Vice President on the Private Real Estate Team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing acquisitions in the Southeast and Midwest.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Frank was an Associate Director at DRA Advisors, responsible for acquiring property nationally across retail, multifamily, industrial, and office assets. He previously held an acquisitions and asset management role at RWN Real Estate Partners as well as worked on the investment sales team at JLL focused on the New York City metro area.
Frank holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and English from Lafayette College.
