Frank Dalicandro is a Vice President on the Private Equity Real Estate Team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing acquisitions in the Southeast and Midwest. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Frank was an Associate Director at DRA Advisors, responsible for acquiring property nationally across retail, multifamily, industrial, and office assets. He previously held an acquisitions and asset management role at RWN Real Estate Partners, and prior to that, worked on the investment sales team at JLL focused on the NYC metro. Frank earned a BA in Economics and English from Lafayette College, and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
