Eric Rothman serves as a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team, responsible for market research, sector allocations, research, and financial modeling across the U.S. real estate securities universe. He also manages a REIT preferred stock separate account mandate.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Eric was a sell-side REIT analyst at Wachovia Securities and an analyst at AEW Capital Management, LP.
Eric holds a B.A. in Economics, International Relations and French from Boston University where he graduated cum laude. He is a CFA® charterholder, CFA Institute and a member of CFA Society Philadelphia. He is also a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment and Business Risk and Compliance Committees.
