Chenye is an Analyst on the Real Estate Securities Team and is based in the firm’s Singapore office. She is responsible for covering Singapore real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Chenye was an Investment Analyst Intern at Azalea Investment Management, a Temasek subsidiary, where she evaluated private equity funds, conducted due diligence, developed portfolio analytics, and built financial models with programming languages. She also previously interned in Corporate Banking at Bank of China, supporting debt product structuring and issuance processes.
Chenye holds a B.B. A. in Finance and Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore where she graduated with First Class Honours.
