Chenye is an Analyst on the Listed Real Estate Securities team, responsible for coverage of Singapore REITs. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Chenye was an Investment Analyst Intern at Azalea Investment Management, a Temasek subsidiary, where she evaluated PE funds, conducted due diligence, developed portfolio analytics, and built financial models with programming languages. She also previously interned in Corporate Banking at Bank of China, supporting debt product structuring and issuance processes. Chenye earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore, where she graduated with First Class Honours.
