Chaw Meng Tan is a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team and is based in the firm’s Singapore office. He is responsible for covering Asia-Pacific real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Chaw Meng was an Equity Research Associate with the Standard Chartered ASEAN Property Team in Singapore.
Chaw Meng holds a B.B. A. from the National University of Singapore. He is a CFA© charterholder, CFA Institute and a member of CFA Society Singapore. He is also a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment Committee.
