Casey Bottomley is Chief People Officer, responsible for leading human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and company culture.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Casey was Chief People Officer at Vynamic, responsible for leading talent strategy across the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, retention, performance, engagement and experience. Prior to Vynamic, Casey spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company in the talent space, mostly concentrated on talent acquisition.
Casey holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Gettysburg College and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
