Brian Stutz is a Senior Analyst for CenterSquare Investment Management’s private equity real estate group. Brian joined the firm in 2022 and is responsible for underwriting and navigating the due diligence process. He was also a member of CenterSquare’s real estate securities investment team earlier in his career, holding a position as Global Equity Trader from 2018 to 2021. Prior to joining CenterSquare in 2022, Brian was a Capital Markets Analyst with JLL. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
