Blake Smith is a Senior Associate on the Private Real Estate Team and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is responsible for deal origination, analysis, underwriting, and asset management.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Blake was an Agency MBS Trader at Barclays Investment Bank.
Blake holds an M.P.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investments and a B.S. in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
