Benjamin Mayer is an Analyst in the Private Real Estate Team, responsible for deal origination, analysis, and underwriting as well as asset management. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Benjamin worked at Glacier Credit Strategies, where he focused on the origination and asset management of private debt and equity investments. He began his career in capital markets at Institutional Property Advisors and Mission Capital Advisors. Benjamin earned a B.S. in Information Science with minors in Real Estate, Business, and Sustainability from Cornell University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
