Andy Conrad is Vice President of Leasing on the Private Real Estate Team, responsible for the strategic planning, negotiation and execution of private real estate leasing transactions.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Andy was Co-Head of Leasing at George Comfort & Sons, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, negotiation and execution of leasing transactions across New York City and New Jersey portfolios.
Andy holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Hobart College. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
