Adam Schreiner is a Senior Vice President on the Private Real Estate Team and is focused on the Essential Service Retail (ESR) Strategy. He is responsible for all aspects of managing private real estate investments, establishing and implementing strategies, coordinating with leasing agents and other third-party resources, and analyzing dispositions.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Adam worked for Anglo Irish Bank in Boston where he helped manage their $10 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Adam holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He is a member of the firm’s Business Risk and Compliance Committee and an active member of the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University.
