With the goal of delivering attractive, risk adjusted returns to investors, CenterSquare raised our first value-added real estate fund in 2003, closed five funds to date totaling more than $1 billion USD, and managed $2.5 billion of separate account mandates since 1988.

Core-Plus Investment

CenterSquare utilizes “brick-and-mortar” real estate expertise to assess the value creation plans put forth by borrowers and structure financing solutions with the goal of downside risk mitigation for investors. With a reputation of a best-in-class private lender and a 25+ year history of deep relationships, our preferred equity approach enjoys robust deal flow from the lending community and has successfully raised and deployed six funds over the last 27 years with combined total of more than $3,745 million in Invested Capital.
