Rob Goldstein is a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Securities Team, responsible for investment research for U.S. real estate securities.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Rob worked for Macy’s Inc. Inventory Planning Division in New York City and spent two years as the Co-Founder and CFO of ChronoWake in Philadelphia.
Rob holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School where he graduated cum laude. He is a CFA® Charterholder, CFA Institute and a member of CFA Society Philadelphia. He is also a member of the firm’s Listed Real Estate Investment Committee.
