The Property is currently 100% occupied by a balanced lineup of national, regional and local tenants, including Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Jimmy John’s, Massage Envy and Moe’s Southwest Grill. This investment aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality Essential Service Retail centers in strong demographic submarkets. Pelham Hills is CenterSquare’s 88th Service Property acquisition nationally and 13th in the Carolinas.
