Additionally, the submarket population is expected to grow an additional 20% over the next five years.
Waterview Town Center features modern, high-quality 2019 construction and is currently leased to a strong mix of national and regional tenants, including Jersey Mike’s, Torchy’s Tacos, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and Ideal Dental.
This acquisition marks CenterSquare’s eighth ESR investment in Houston and aligns with our strategy to target unanchored, high-quality ESR centers in high-growth submarkets with strong demographics.
