The center features a strong mix of multi-unit operators with 64% national tenants, including Smoothie King, FedEx, Panda Express, and others.
This acquisition brings CenterSquare’s ESR portfolio to 69 properties nationwide, and six in the Atlanta market, further reinforcing our commitment to resilient, service-oriented retail.
