This portfolio is strategically located in the established retail corridors of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Charlotte and Indianapolis and exemplifies our focus on “rectangles on highly trafficked roads.” The Portfolio boasts an 84% national tenancy mix and five Starbucks drive-throughs anchoring the portfolio.
This acquisition brings CenterSquare’s ESR portfolio to 68 properties nationally, reinforcing our commitment to resilient, service-oriented retail.
