Steve Carroll is Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets and is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and business development for the firm’s public and private strategies.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Steve had industry experience in domestic and offshore business development as well as global and regional real asset portfolio management positions at CBRE Investment Management and LaSalle Investment Management Securities.
Steve holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Registered Representative with FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Steve is a member of the firm’s Management, Sustainability and Product Committees.
