Robert Wasenius is a Senior Vice President on the Private Real Estate Team, responsible for portfolio management, acquisitions in the eastern United States, asset management, and dispositions. He also serves as co-portfolio manager for the Value-Added Fund.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Robert was a Manager at KPMG LLP in the Economic and Valuation Services Practice, focusing on real estate valuation and consulting. Before KPMG, he was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps, LLC in the Real Estate Valuation & Consulting Practice.
Robert holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland. He is a member of the firm’s Private Real Estate Valuation Committee and an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
