Anna Helmlinger is a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Research within the Listed Real Estate Securities team. She supports the firm’s real estate research efforts across CenterSquare’s public and private real estate platforms.
Prior to joining CenterSquare, Anna was an Associate in Municipal Credit Research at MacKay Shields, where she conducted surveillance on investment-grade and high-yield securities across the utilities, land development, and tax-backed sectors, working alongside portfolio managers on the trading floor to support investment decisions. She also supported ESG integration initiatives across the municipal credit platform as a member of the firm’s Responsible Investing Committee.
Anna earned a B.S. in Finance, with a concentration in Fixed Income, from Rutgers Business School – New Brunswick.
