We place trust in our teams across the organization, and consistently seek opportunities to grow as professionals, as colleagues and as an organization. Our core values are:

- Relentless Client Focus

- Consistent Teamwork

- Unwavering Accountability

- Can-Do Attitude

A Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

CenterSquare believes that diversity is a critical driver of success, and we strive to foster a culture where team members of all backgrounds have the opportunity to succeed as a meaningful part of our organization. We value the diversity of thought and value unique perspectives and contributions across our business. CenterSquare continuously seeks to support a diverse representation across our leadership and management ranks, as well as amongst firm ownership. A Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

We believe that corporate social responsibility is integral to meeting our strategic objectives of the firm as it aligns with our desire to positively impact both our stakeholders and communities in which we operate. While COVID-19 put a pause on our in-person activities, we continued with our generous matching program for employee giving throughout the pandemic. And we intend to re-engage fully in the coming year in firm-wide initiatives and events with community partners. Past efforts have included:

Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play.

CenterSquare held a pajama drive during the holiday season and enjoyed a day of service in the CTC Giving Factory.

MANNA uses nutrition to improve health for people with serious illnesses who need nourishment to heal.

We were grateful for the opportunity to spend the afternoon preparing and packaging hot meals for delivery to residents battling life-threatening illnesses in the Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey area.

Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit family & children's charity dedicated to supporting families with sick children in their time of need.

Our team provided a hot catered dinner which fed 150 patients and their family members people who were residing at the Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia.

Philabundance is focused on providing emergency food in order to relieve hunger in five counties in PA and four counties in NJ.

We look forward to participating in a canned food drive during the holiday season each year.
