RCG Longview is a well-respected provider of debt capital solutions to talented owners and operators of real estate. The firm was formed in 1999 and in 2019, RCG Longview joined CenterSquare’s real assets platform, bringing a well-respected team of talented professionals dedicated to fulfilling the needs of its clients and investors alike to the firm.

Through the principals’ deep, longstanding relationships in the commercial real estate investment area, RCG Longview has been able to establish a significant market presence as a creative, flexible, reliable lender and investor. Our proprietary relationships of owners, borrowers and lending partners provides us access to consistent deal flow. We utilize in-house “bricks and mortar” real estate expertise to analyze transactions from the borrower's perspective. We pride ourselves in being able to identify value where more traditional lenders or mere capital allocators do not. Since 1999, the Firm has completed over 530 transactions with a total capitalization of over $3.8 billion.

Since 1999, RCG Longview has managed an extensive series of High Yield Real Estate Debt Funds, creating a reputation as a best-in-class private lender. The most recent high yield fund originates mezzanine loans, collateralized by largely transitional assets, targeting 12%-14% net returns(1).
