Kevin is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at CenterSquare, bringing over 30 years of real assets experience to his role. Kevin joined the firm in 2018 and focuses on leading business development efforts for the firm’s private real estate, listed real estate, and listed infrastructure investment strategies, developing new investor relationships across the institutional marketplace including consultants, public and private sector pension funds, Taft-Hartley plans, family offices, foundations and endowments. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Kevin was with Nuveen, a TIAA company, where he held the position of Managing Director of Advisory Services and led real asset marketing in the Eastern United States. Prior to Nuveen, he held a leadership position in the marketing group at Lasalle Investment Management. Mr. Maxwell holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York where he served on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Maguire is the Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for CenterSquare Investment Management LLC. He joined CenterSquare Investment Management in early 2007. He is responsible for overseeing global investor relations for the firm’s client base across corporate, public and sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, sub-advisory and high net worth relationships. Mr. Maguire is a member of the firm’s senior leadership team and a member of the firm’s product development and performance committees. Mr. Maguire has 33 years of experience in the investment management industry having held business development, investor relations and consultant relations positions at Merrill Lynch, Laurel Capital Advisors, LLP (subsidiary of Mellon Financial), John A. Levin & Co. and AIM Investments. Mr. Maguire holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, an A.S. in Accountancy and an A.S. in Management from Bentley University. He is a CFA charterholder, CAIA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Philadelphia, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).

Kerrisha Jenkins is a Director, Capital Markets, at CenterSquare Investment Management. She joined CenterSquare in December 2017 to lead the business development and consultant relations effort on the West Coast. Previously, Ms. Jenkins served as a Senior Vice President at Clarion Partners, where she focused on raising capital and providing client service to institutional investors and consultants in the Western U.S. Additionally, Ms. Jenkins has experience as an investment consultant at Mercer and member of the real estate research group at Cliffwater. Ms. Jenkins has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and has earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BBA from Clark Atlanta University. She is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Los Angeles and the National Association of Securities Professionals.

Ms. Burke is a Director, Capital Markets, at CenterSquare, with 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for investor relations and business development initiatives across the real assets platform. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Ms. Burke was a Vice President at BlackRock, where she most recently focused on real asset product strategy and investor relations. She previously held sales roles in the BlackRock US Wealth Advisory channel, and began her career with the Vanguard Group. Ms. Burke earned a BA in International Business and Marketing from George Washington University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Villanova School of Business. She is a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst.

Emily Mendell is Vice President of Marketing & Communications for CenterSquare, bringing 30 years of financial services and private markets experience to firm. In her role, Emily leads the firm’s branding, public relations, collateral and communications strategy, working in close collaboration with the capital markets and investor relations teams to articulate CenterSquare’s value proposition. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Emily was Managing Director of Membership, Events & Communications for the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA). Previously, she served as Vice President of Communications for Polaris Partners in Boston and the National Venture Capital Association based in Washington DC. Earlier in her career, Emily held leadership positions at The Weiser Group, Integrion Financial Network and CoreStates Financial. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
